The National Higher School of Political Science is a center of excellence committed to achieving distinction at both the national and international levels.
The National Higher School of Political Science was established in 2009 pursuant to Executive Decree No. 09-251 of 14 June 2009, establishing the model statute of higher schools, and in accordance with the provisions of the Joint Ministerial Order of 25 February 2018, which defines the administrative organization of the School, the nature of its technical services, and its internal structure.
The National Higher School of Political Science is a higher education institution with legal personality and financial autonomy, operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
As a higher education institution, the School is entrusted with the mission of training elites and senior public sector executives. Since its establishment, it has ensured high-quality education at the second and third cycles. As of 2017, the School also assumed responsibility for preparatory training for the first cycle, in addition to the second and third cycles.

Admission Requirements:
Admission to the School is granted through academic orientation for the first cycle, and through a national competitive examination for the second cycle (Master’s)
and the third cycle (Doctorate), following the review of applications and fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations.
As a center of excellence, the School provides a two-year preparatory cycle, while the second cycle extends over three years.
The School adopts a selective admission policy by limiting enrollment to high-achieving students in order to ensure quality and academic excellence.
